God & Me Program

Epiphany Lutheran Church is holding a God and Me program for boys and girls in Scouting programs. As part of the Scout program Cub Scouts can earn religious emblems of their faith. Epiphany is offering the God and Me program, the first program in the God and Country religious growth series for Protestant Scouts.
The God and Me program will be held on Sunday April 20th, April 27th, May4th and May 11 from 11:30 - 12:30.
The cost of this program is $6.00, which includes the price of the student workbook, materials and snack. Each child will need to bring a shoebox to the first meeting.
This program is being run by the Church. If interested please contact Harry Oxrider, 937-885-1634 or harry@oxrider.com by Friday April 11, 2008 to register for the program.
The God and Me program is aimed at Protestant and Independent Churches. The following is a partial listing of the denominations that use the God and Me program: African Methodist Episcopal, African Methodist Episcopal Zion, Assembly of God, Baptist, Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Christian Methodist Episcopal, Church of God, Episcopal, Lutheran, Pentecostal, Presbyterian, United Church of Christ, United Methodist Church, and Independent Christian churches. However, in the past any child of Christian faith has been invited to participate in the God and Me program.
